We believe in total transparency. Here are the answers to the most common questions about Erva's pricing, setup, and deployment.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Yes. There is a one-time setup fee that varies by tier. Starter is $500. Growth Pro is $1,500. Scale Dominator is $2,500. Sovereign is quoted with the custom package. The setup fee covers the full Capture and Build phases: every minute of training, integration, and configuration to get Erva running. We do not bill hourly for onboarding.
Are there any contracts or lock-in periods?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month after the initial 90 days. The 90-day floor exists because that is roughly how long it takes for Erva's data and tuning to compound into peak performance. Cancel any time after.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can change tiers at any time. Most clients start on Growth Pro and stay there. Multi-location operators move to Scale Dominator within the first 90 days.
What is the Hybrid Sovereign Architecture?
It is our deployment option for clients who cannot run their customer data through standard public AI infrastructure. We host Erva on a controlled environment with regional data residency, full audit trails, and configurable compliance profiles. It is required for some healthcare, legal, financial, and government-adjacent businesses. It is available only on the Sovereign tier.
What happens after the 60-day success manager period on Growth Pro?
Your dedicated success manager hands you off to our priority support team, which is available by email and chat for the life of the account. Quarterly check-ins are included on Scale Dominator and Sovereign.
