Can Erva handle complex booking rules?

Yes. Multi-technician routing, drive-time blocking, service-specific durations, geographic restrictions - anything a trained scheduler would enforce, Erva can enforce. Rules are configured during the Build phase of onboarding.

What if a customer wants to reschedule?

They reply to the reminder text, or text the business number any time. Erva reads the existing appointment, offers alternative slots, and rebooks. Confirmation goes out automatically.

What if my team needs to manually block time?

You block it on your calendar as you always have and Erva recognizes it.

Can Erva take a deposit at booking?

Yes, on Growth Pro and above. The deposit is collected by SMS link or in the chat, processed through your existing payment processor (Stripe, Square, or similar).

What if my calendar system is not on the integration list?

We connect to most modern calendars via standard APIs or middleware. If your system is unusual, we evaluate it during the Capture phase and confirm before signing.
